Hi, I’m Alina Popa!

I’ve always been that naturally skinny person who struggled to put on muscle and feel strong. Four years ago, I decided to change that—and along the way, I became a certified personal trainer with a focus on sport nutrition. 
I know what it’s like to feel stuck or overwhelmed, so my goal is simple: help you get stronger, fuel your body properly, and actually enjoy the process. No overcomplicated plans, just practical guidance and honest support.
